- Estimated delivery time information Orders between Monday-Thursday The shop cuts off the delivery time at 9:00 a.m. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. onwards will be delivered the next day.
- Order on Friday The shop has cut the delivery round into 3 rounds as follows
- Around 9:00 AM, delivery will be made on Friday.
- After 2:00 p.m. onwards, the product will be delivered on Monday.
- Return & Exchange – Order Summary
- In case the product is damaged or mishandled during the delivery procedure, Please contact info@torrys.com to “Exchange” within 7 working days. Our brand will deliver the correct within 3-5 working days without charging any delivery fee.
- The company reserves the right, in any circumstances, to reject any returned goods. (Except we supply defective products, nonfunctional /damaged goods)
